I received my bachelor's degree in exercise science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). During my time at UCLA, I was fortunate enough to be a member of the varsity track and field team, and it was during this time that I developed a passion for fitness and performance training. I was fascinated by the human body and how it responds to exercise, and I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in this field.
After graduating from UCLA, I decided to further my education and pursue a Master's degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). During my time at CSUN, I conducted research on the effects of resistance training on muscle hypertrophy and strength. This research helped me to deepen my understanding of the human body and how it responds to exercise.
In addition to my formal education, I have completed various certifications in the fitness industry. These include the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, the American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Health Coach, and the Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification. I also regularly attend workshops, conferences, and continuing education courses to stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and research.
Through my education and professional experience, I have developed expertise in exercise physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, and program design. I am passionate about applying this knowledge to help my clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and well-being. I believe that everyone deserves to live a healthy, active, and fulfilling life, and I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve just that.
